THE RACE - ISSUE 7
Green light, red light, Pray!!!
Try this prayer idea-
Algeria's
national flag is made up of three colors: half green & half white with a
red star and crescent in the middle. When you're driving around town this
week, use the colors of the signal lights to help you remember to pray for
Algeria!
Green light (for the green in the flag): Pray that the "Light
of the world," Jesus Christ, would so shine in Algeria that millions will
come to salvation and "not walk in the darkness, but have the light of
life." (John 8:12)
Red light (for the red in the flag): Pray that the
work of Satan to blind "the minds of the unbelieving" Algerians from "the
light of the gospel of the glory of Christ" would come to an end. (2 Cor.
4:4)
Yellow light (for the white in the flag): Pray that God daily
remind you that "You are the light of the world" and have the privilege to
pray for and to make Christ known to the lost. (Matt. 5:14)
