Project Northern Lights 2001
Welcome to the Project Northern Lights summer 2001!
"Yet have regard to the prayer of Thy servant and to his supplication, O Lord my God, to listen to the cry and to the prayer which Thy servant prays before Thee today." 1 Kings 8:28
We're in full swing now & are expecting our Lord to save lives and establish His church as we hand out Bibles, Jesus Films and other evangelistic materials to those who are returning to North Africa through the port cities in Europe.
The PNL team is committed to witnessing in the power of God's Spirit. Prayer-> passionate intercession & worship and praise are the core of our ministry. Without the leading, direction, and power of the Holy Spirit, PNL would simply be a "project." But with God's empowering, even "little things" can bring about "big returns." We have seen this as some that have received Gospel presentations have encouraged others, who had been reluctant at first that they needed to take the gospel presentations as well.
We know that God is protecting us and going before us by His hand and angels. We have found favor in the eyes of many port officials. Thousands of Gospel presentations have already been given this week - and the summer is just starting!
Join us in praying that:
God will touch the hearts of thousands, preparing them to receive the Gospel message;
The Gospel seeds planted by verbal witness, Bibles, and other evangelistic materials would take root and produce much fruit;
Those who have taken Gospel Bibles and films would be able to get them into North Africa and share them with their families;
Those ministering in PNL this summer would be lead by God's Spirit and be empowered to be His mouth and hands effectively presenting His message to thousands lost and without hope;
The Name that is above all names would receive glory and honor in and through the ministry of PNL!
Thank you for your joining with us in prayer for this endeavor and for the millions in North Africa in desperate need of the Gospel.
